U.S. Audio Advertising, Driven by Digital, Gains Ground
Despite the continued, steady proliferation of digital audio, traditional radio will still generate roughly 60% of audio advertising’s $17.61 billion in 2024 revenues. That’s according to a new outlook by eMarketer, which says digital audio advertising will grow 6.8% this year to $7.12 billion — or 40.4% of all audio ad revenues.

Audio analytics and research firm Veritonic will provide advertising attribution for Audire, a digital audio ad company focused on the Hispanic marketplace that launched in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America in March. Under a partnership announced today (May 8), Veritonic will track and measure audio and podcast ad performance across Audire’s network of 150 million daily radio, online music and podcast listeners.
